2025 Festival Dates:  Thursday, August 14th - Sunday, August 17th, 2025 

Time:  3pm - 11pm Daily 

Location:  Borghese Vineyard  (17150 Middle Road (Route 48), Cutchogue, NY, 11935)

Parking: This event requires mandatory valet parking. However, the cost of the valet parking provided at the vineyard is included in all ticket prices! Guests are encouraged to tip their valets accordingly. 

Admission, Seating and Capacity: This event is strictly General Admission, there is no reserved seating. There are 300 first-come, first-served General Admission seats available under a tented area. There will also be open field area for blankets and a limited number of folding lawn chairs. Blankets and folding lawn chairs are welcome. No camping is allowed. The music stage is located outdoors, but is tented. This is a limited capacity festival, so advance tickets are strongly suggested.

 

Mobility & Accessibility:  ADA-approved outdoor port-o-lets available. Limited number of handicap parking spaces available near festival entrance on a first-come, first-served basis, must have handicap sticker visible on vehicle. Handicap-accessible spots can be reserved in tented seating area with advance confirmation. Ages:  This is a 21+ event with proper photo ID required for entry. Sorry, no youth under 21 permitted. 

 

Restrooms:  Outdoor bathrooms are provided. There are no indoor bathrooms available. 

 

Outside Food & Drink Policy:  There is no outside food or drink permitted at the festival. There will be fantastic food and drink vendors on-site with many choices for purchase. No coolers, ice chests, or picnic baskets will be admitted on the festival grounds. 

 

Rain & Refund Policy:  This is a Rain or Shine festival with a limited indoor wine tasting room and a generous tented area with seats. The festival carries a No Refunds Policy on ticket sales. Guests are welcome to re-sell or transfer tickets to others if they find they can no longer attend, but there are no ticket refunds. Please contact us with any ticket transfer questions. We expect beautiful weather across this year's festival dates, but in the event of light right, the festival may likely still go on., as the performance area is tented. However, in the event of heavy inclement or dangerous weather, performances may be postponed or canceled.

Community Discounts:  As an expression of our appreciation for our local neighbors and all service members, the Quantum Leap Music Festival offers a 15% Off Discount on All Tickets for US Military persons who wish to take advantage of this discount by presenting a valid photo military ID in-person at the Box Office tent for walk-up ticket purchases on all days of the festival, while Local Residents presenting a valid state photo ID displaying a Suffolk County zip code can receive $15 Off walk-up ticket purchases on-site for the first day of the festival on Thursday, August 14th. These discounts are available only in-person during festival hours and require valid qualifying photo ID.  Sorry, these discounts are not available online, as they require photo ID to redeem.
